Aaron Lowe, author of the Shrouded World series of novels and short fiction, grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and considers the Midwest his home. He joined the U.S. Navy in his twenties and finished one six year tour. During this time and afterwards, he lived in and visited many places. After leaving the service, he soon gave up his 9 to 5 career ambitions to pursue writing. He currently attends the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and continues his work on the Shrouded World novels.
